We are located at 88 Yarmouth Street, Guelph Ontario. Right across the street from the Wooly Pub!

We know parking downtown can be a challenge! Most streets around us are 2 hours free parking during the day, and free in the evening. This includes Yarmouth, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Woolwich. Be sure to read and follow the signage for specific portions of the street.

Currently we only provide dance classes for adults, so you must be over 18 years old to register for dance.

For Massage Therapy, our RMTs are qualified to provide treatments to humans of all ages!

Privacy Law – All regulated healthcare professionals in Ontario, including RMTs, must follow provincial (PHIPA) and federal (PIPEDA) privacy laws when collecting, using, and storing personal information and personal health information. 

Personal Information & Personal Health Information – As regulated health professionals, we must collect personal information and personal health information about anyone who books a massage therapy appointment. This may include: your name, contact information, date of birth, health status information, treatment history and more. This information is used to design your safe and effective treatment plan and/or to communicate with you regarding your care. This information will be stored securely according to Privacy Laws, and will only be released with your written consent unless required by law.

For anyone registering for a dance class, we will only gather personal information that we need to provide you with this service, such as your name, age, consent, contact info, and payment details. This information will also be gathered, stored, and used according to the appropriate laws in Ontario.  

Requesting access – You may request copies of your personal health information at any time by contacting us directly. Administration fees may apply. If you would like to request copies or restrict the use/release of your personal health information please contact us at rogueheelsco@gmail.com

If you have coverage for Registered Massage Therapy, most likely yes! You will always be provided with an official receipt for your massage treatments with all the info you need to submit to insurance.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies.

In order to use your extended healthcare benefits, you will need to pay the clinic for your treatments and then submit the details from your official receipt to your insurance company to be reimbursed. 

If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment or class begins: You are able to cancel & reschedule online any time, with no fees.

Late cancellations, less than 24 hours before the appointment or class begins: You will need to contact the studio to cancel & you will be charged a late cancellation fee that is 25% of the full class or treatment fee.

No Shows: If you miss a class or appointment without notifying the studio, you will be charged a No Show fee that is 50% of the full class or treatment fee.

If cancellations happen frequently, the studio may limit your ability to book online at their discretion.

We also understand that life happens, so please reach out if you have extenuating circumstances.

Currently you can pay by saving a credit card online, or in person with cash, credit, debit (tap only), or Apple pay.

There are many companies making shoes specifically for heels dancers now - take a look at Burju, Bouge Moi, & Joheela! Amazon also has dance heels that are a bit more affordable that you can try.

For your first couple of classes, feel free to bring street shoes - we always recommend something comfortable with no platform, ankle support, and a heel height around 2-3 inches for beginners.

We do also offer select classes that are pleaser friendly!

There are no rules for this! We just want you to feel your absolute best, whether that is leggings, sweatpants, fishnets, booty shorts, or anything in between.

It can be nice to have layers/options so that you can adjust during class as we get warm and moving!

We acknowledge that heels dance spaces tend to be predominantly women and women-identifying dancers. However, we are open to all genders and we are proud of the gender diversity within our little community. We are committed to creating a safer space for our trans, non-binary, and queer dancers.

The only reason a person would not be welcome in the studio is if they are showing up with hate, intolerance, or unsafe behaviours towards someone in our community.

Yes! We now offer dance studio rentals! The studio is approximately 500sq feet, with custom vinyl flooring, 8ft mirror wall, one PA speaker, and lighting. Rental prices are $45/hour plus tax and are dependant on availability. Please contact us for more information!
